From the harshest light of my earliest holiday snapshots back when I was eight, to the nuanced deep shadows of a dramatic street portrait in my latest work, light is at the very heart of all photography. The word ‘Photography’ actually comes from the Greek for light writing. Its mastery is a constant driver in my work and always will be.
